Kamel est Tunisien et est arrivé en France en 2004. En grêve depuis le 19 Mai 2008, il travaille dans l'un des restaurants du groupe PASTAPAPA. Il occupe avec 7 autres grévistes, et quelques soutiens, le restaurant PASTAPAPA de la rue Jean Mermoz à Paris.
